We are looking for a compassionate, caring, and experienced Executive Director who would be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the community. As an ED, you are able to interact and connect with our Residents and fellow Caregivers daily. The ED has the ability to establish a community that revolves around providing the best possible care for our Residents while making every day enjoyable and fulfilling.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Hires, trains, supervises, motivates, and evaluates all Team Members to ensure the the highest quality of care is provided to the Residents

• Monitors the day-to-day work provided by the Team; supervising, critiquing, suggesting, and educating the team on proper work standards

• Completes paperwork on all new admissions, assisting and coordinating Residents' move-ins and move-outs

• Coordinates training and Team Member meetings

• Completes Human Resources tasks

• Ensures budget goals are met

• Responsible for establishing and keeping a good working relationship with all Residents, families, visitors, vendors, and outside agency

• Completes and reviews incident reports and needed

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations within the community


Job Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in the state of South Carolina

• Must meet requirements imposed by licensing authorities

• Must have good organizational and supervisory skills

• Must be willing to praise and discipline team members as appropriate

• Must have an acceptable criminal record check

• Documents TB screening

• Must have or complete CPR/1st aide within the first 60 days of employment

• Must perform tasks with grace; works cooperatively with supervisors and display willingness to assist co-workers

• Must be capable of performing the duties and responsibilities of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
