Poeppelman Materials / PEPCON is now accepting applications for a Part Time Front Desk Assistant. This year round position will offer flexible hours, averaging approximately 20-28 hours per week. Basic job responsibilities include:


  • Sales ticketing for our Aggregate division.
  • Scheduling and dispatching haul trucks for customer orders.
  • Answering phones, transferring calls and taking Aggregate orders.
  • Assisting with weekly billing practices.


The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very organized and disciplined. Requirements include:


  • Basic accounting knowledge and business acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (or Google equivalents)
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Familiarity with office machines (fax, scanner, printer, etc)
  • Detail oriented
