Salary: $66,000 per year + 10% Profit Share Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management: Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead and inspire your team, manage daily tasks, and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Guest Experience: Create memorable dining experiences by upholding our commitment to exceptional service. Address guest feedback promptly and professionally to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Financial Performance: Drive profitability by managing costs, optimizing sales, and overseeing inventory. Monitor financial performance and utilize your 10% profit share bonus to reward your success.
  • Team Development: Mentor and support your team, providing guidance and training to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Encourage growth and development to help your team reach their full potential.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, company policies, and local laws. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment for staff and guests.
