Want to join a family-owned and value-centered team? S&S Property Management is based in Nashville, Tennessee with properties throughout the Southeast. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Training Coordinator to add to our expanding team as we create a new training department.

Position Summary:

The Marketing and Training Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of strategic marketing and training initiatives to drive ROI growth and talent development. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with the Director of Marketing and Training to achieve the company's goals.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist with creating marketing plan/strategy for any property under 95% occupancy
  • Create and execute outreach marketing, internal marketing strategies and networking to maintain a required occupancy of 95% or above
  • Enhance and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, email marketing, and social media to drive lead generation and brand awareness
  • Manage corporate and individual properties' social content
  • Assist in creating engaging property events
  • Manage prospect communication templates within Knock CRM
  • Conduct quarterly marketing audits for lead volume, cost per lease (CPL), reputation scores and quantity/quality of on-site social content
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to Director of Marketing.
  • Update rental pricing for online advertising for multiple properties on a weekly basis and ensure consistency between online advertising rates and those that are being quoted onsite.
  • Establish familiarity with market competitors, local communities and new developments in each submarket
  • Create marketing materials and order respective materials on an as-needed basis
  • Assist in creating a 5-star service for prospects and residents
  • Maintain ILS spend and other marketing budget tracker
  • Assist in creating and implementing new training strategies
  • Assist in facilitating learning through delivery methods including classroom instruction and virtual training
  • Provide support for any platform rollouts
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree. A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is a plus
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in property management or a related industry
  • Digital marketing expertise, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Experience with social content creation
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools, preferably Knock CRM experience
  • Knowledgeable in Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act and Equal Opportunity Housing laws and other regulations
  • Creative and strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
