Job Title: Full Service Bookkeeper


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Service Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, human resource and operations functions. As a Full Service Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records including accounts payable and receivable, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with all tax regulations. You will also be responsible for managing human resource functions and tasks that support the daily operations of the organization.


Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

- Manage payroll and ensure compliance with all tax regulations

- Support the controller in preparation of the financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

- Manage human resource functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records

- Assist with operations tasks, including vendor relations, rebate management and insurance renewals

- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
