We pride ourselves on the highest quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We need you to help grow and continue our legacy of success. We are currently looking to expand our ever-growing team by hiring an experienced Site Superintendent to support residential and commercial projects throughout Central Illinois.


Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations on the project site.

Serve as liaison between project foreman and homeowner.

Communicate with crew foreman

Ensure safety plan is followed

Ensure scope of work is completed 

Coordinate and manage project disposal

Perform post project inspection

Take final roof and house photos and upload into CRM

Perform material runs as needed

Communicate with neighbors about project (bonus opportunity for referrals)

Return excess materials for refund at the end of project


Skills:

Good communication skills

Set and climb ladders

Comfortable walking on a roof

Basic construction experience

Can drive company truck 

Safely pull and operate trailers

Lift up to 75 lbs.

Ability to identify and correct unsafe conditions according to company and OSHA standards

Valid Illinois Driver's License required
