We are seeking a skilled Site Superintendent to enhance our operations for both residential and commercial projects across Central Illinois.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily activities on the construction site.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the project foreman and clients.
  • Maintain effective communication with the crew foreman.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Verify that the project scope is fulfilled.
  • Oversee and coordinate waste management on-site.
  • Conduct inspections after project completion.
  • Capture final images of the roof and property for documentation in our CRM.
  • Facilitate material procurement as necessary.
  • Engage with neighbors regarding the project, with potential for referral bonuses.
  • Return surplus materials for reimbursement post-project.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Capability to set up and ascend ladders.
  • Comfortable navigating rooftops.
  • Basic knowledge of construction practices.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
  • Proficient in safely towing and managing trailers.
  • Ability to lift weights up to 75 lbs.
  • Skilled in identifying and rectifying unsafe conditions in line with company and OSHA regulations.

A valid Illinois Driver's License is mandatory.
