If you’re passionate about organic food and want to be part of a team that’s making a real difference, we want you on board Position Summary: As a Part-Time Blend Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for crafting our signature smoothies, juices, and other fresh beverages. You’ll bring your A-game every day, making sure each drink is packed with flavor, nutrition, and a whole lot of love. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to spread positive vibes and help others live their best lives. This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Key Responsibilities: Craft Creativity: Whip up a variety of organic smoothies, juices, and specialty drinks that are as Instagram-worthy as they are delicious. Keep It Fresh: Ensure all ingredients are fresh and prepared to perfection, following health and safety guidelines. Vibe Check: Keep the blending station clean and organized, creating a chill and welcoming environment. Customer Connection: Engage with customers, take orders, offer recommendations, and make sure every interaction is a positive one. Team Spirit: Help with inventory management, assist in ordering supplies, and get involved in seasonal promos to keep things exciting. Quality First: Maintain the highest standards in every drink you serve—because excellence is what we’re all about. Sharp Eyes: Peripheral and near/far vision to ensure quality and safety. Good Ears: Able to hear and respond quickly to instructions and customer needs. Strength: Capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds. Stamina: Standing and walking for extended periods while staying focused. Flexibility: Bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move with ease in a fast-paced setting. Environmental Savvy: Comfortable working in varied temperatures and with cleaning agents. Allergy-Proof: Able to handle a variety of fresh ingredients without issues. Climbing Confidence: Comfortable using step-stools and ladders when needed. Balance & Precision: Maintain stability while handling tasks with care. Communication: Clear and effective in conveying instructions and working with the team. Reaching for Success: Capable of reaching below waist, at waist, and overhead.
