Reporting To: Director of Sales
Location: Remote but MUST live in California
Classification: Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt
 

POSITION SUMMARY 

As our Member Support Specialist, you'll be the hero of our customer service journey, wielding your expertise like a superpower to ensure every member interaction is nothing short of extraordinary Armed with in-depth knowledge of our company's products and programs, you'll dive into each inquiry, question, and concern with lightning-fast responsiveness, leaving our members dazzled by your dedication to their satisfaction at every turn. Get ready to be the driving force behind our commitment to excellence, as you communicate seamlessly with our team members to deliver an experience that's as thrilling as it is unforgettable 

✍️ DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional customer service to JumpstartMD members via phone and email, ensuring satisfaction and resolving inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Welcome members warmly and professionally, listening attentively to their needs and concerns with empathy.
  • Effectively explain the JumpstartMD program to potential new members, facilitating successful onboarding and building strong customer relationships.
  • Promptly escalate member or operational issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
  • Drive new business through prospecting and cold calling, energizing prospects through various communication methods.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JSMD programs, products, policies, and procedures, adhering to HIPAA regulations and documenting interactions for tracking purposes.  

🥼 QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required; AA or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in phone sales and/or customer service highly desirable.
  • Interest in health care, nutrition, weight management, and/or fitness preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships with weight-loss patients of varying backgrounds.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with electronic health records; adaptable in dynamic environments.
