Sales and Marketing Manager

A Coastal Sales Manager is a highly motivated, detail-oriented, results-driven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit. They actively drive sales while creating a great experience for our customers. What will you be Responsible for?

• Growing and Maintaining staff job results through coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
• Creating and initiating marketing plans for sales growth.
• Top notch customer service skills.
• Identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand needs.
• Maintaining operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
• Creating sales goals for sales team and helping to exceed expectations.
• Ability to teach and lead others.
• Experienced user of Excel and MS Word applications.
• Proven sales experience with ability to create and exceed sales goals.
• Previous experience with CRM tools.
• Experience with social media platforms posting images, videos, and advertisements to execute successfully and generate sales leads and closures.
• Superior attention to detail and excellent grammar and spelling.
• Ability to listen and successfully determine the needs and wants of our potential customers via phone or in person.

What are the "Nice-to-Haves"?

• Familiarity with basic construction and/or storage sheds
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English)
• Strong community awareness or involvement.
