Assistant Office Sales Manager

- Contribute to strategic plans and reviews, implementing action plans to improve production, quality, and customer-service standards
- Assist in forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, and analyzing variances
- Communicate all operating policies and issues at department meetings
- Manage staff levels, wages, hours, and contract labor to revenue and labor budgets
- Communicate with legal counsel and safety department to ensure all processes remain OSHA-compliant
- Develop operational systems for excellence in customer service, employee retention, profits, and growth
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with legal regulations
- Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies & procedures
- Initiate corrective actions as needed
- Develop plans for employee retention and growth
- Lead department managers and supervisors, including review & approval responsibilities for all operations employees
- Assist in recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees
- Communicate job expectations and review job contributions of team members
- Lead the team to provide exceptional customer service levels
- Participate in educational opportunities and update job knowledge through industry publications, maintaining a professional network, and participate in professional organizations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues and accidents on-site
- Work closely with the management team to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems
- Develop office operations in a customer service and satisfaction centered framework
