Community Concepts is seeking a Customer Service Specialist Team Lead- Reception. This position is based in our Lewiston Office, with occasional travel to our South Paris Office, and is 40hrs/week.

Essential Duties:

  • Supervise Customer Service Specialists and overall administration and delivery of customer services for the Receptionist Team
  • Greet customers in person, on the phone, or correspondence through email with a professional, compassionate, and pleasant manner at all times
  • Keep current with all program services and activities information, as well as researching other available community resources and programs to be able to provide information and referrals as needed
  • Maintain and communicate security and safety of staff and visitors by tracking visitor logs, announcing visitors to staff as they are directed to appropriate locations, ensure signage for building closures are posted appropriately, and respond quickly and appropriately to incidents within the reception area, building, and parking lots.
  • Adhere to the Agency’s Customer Service Standards to ensure customers, visitors, and staff receive the best possible service

Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Secretarial Science or Human Services preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 5 years’ customer service experience in a social service setting
  • Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience relevant to job requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
