We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the information. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

$18.50 - $27.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into our system
  • Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files and documents
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of data by following data entry protocols
  • Assist with data entry requirements for special projects or ad-hoc requests
  • Collaborate with team members to improve existing data entry processes


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a data entry or clerical role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with database management systems.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
