We are looking for a Accounting Assistant to join our team in Fairport, New York.  This position would be Monday – Friday with great flexibility in hours.  The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting duties, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable working in Quick Books on-line, and reconciliation. Our employees are paid weekly.  Attention to detail is a must.  This role offers a wide variety of accounting experiences. 

Month End Procedures

Process Purchase Orders

Entering Accounts Payable

Entering Accounts Receivable

Maintain customer and vendor account and records

Scheduling Check Runs

Balancing/Reconciling the check register

Assisting with budget and cost analysis

Assist with job costing
