Primary Therapist Wanted for Addiction Treatment

What We're Looking For:
Educational Background: A Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Science is required. We value continuous learning and encourage professional licensure. If you're not already licensed, don't worry – we'll support you in obtaining ALC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, or LMFT licensure within 90 days of hire.
Experience: While previous experience is preferred, we welcome fresh perspectives and a willingness to learn. If you have a minimum of two years working experience in addictions treatment, that's a plus
Passion for Special Populations: Are you drawn to working with specific populations, such as adults or adolescents? Let your previous training or experience shine through – we value competency and empathy in working with diverse groups.
Physical and Emotional Resilience: Our work can be demanding, but rewarding. You should be capable of administering CPR and functioning effectively under stressful conditions. Your well-being matters to us.
Documentation and Communication Skills: Clear communication and maintaining accurate records are crucial aspects of our work. If you're detail-oriented and have strong communication skills, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for our patients.
Utilize evidence-based practices and integrate 12-Step Programs into treatment approaches.
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, as well as specialty groups relevant to addiction treatment.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to confidentiality regulations at all times.
