You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. $50,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood
  • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team
  • Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
  • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness

  • Providing outstanding customer service and prompt communication to clients and referral sources
  • Maintaining the Firm Calendar of meetings, client appointments, closings, and deadlines
  • Updating in case management the clients’ projects with any relevant matter events, deadlines, and reminders
  • Opening and closing case files
  • Requesting title, lien, tax, surveys, estoppels, payoffs, and any other document needed to meet title requirements
  • Processing and reviewing the title
  • Preparing closing statements and closing disclosures
  • Coordinating due diligence for a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, borrowings, etc
  • Preparing and filing a variety of documents, including, deeds, mortgages, UCC financing statements, etc
  • Preparing and distributing closing binders
  • Preparing closing checklists and coordinating the closing process for various transactions commercial and residential real estate transactions
  • Assist with finalizing policies of title insurance and other post-closing matters
  • Confirming wire instructions verbally to prevent wire fraud
  • Preparing packages for signing and notarizing (in person and remotely)
Qualifications:
  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
  • Weekend and evening availability
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Either already has or is working towards real estate license

  • A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in the real estate closing process is required
  • You must be able to process a closing file from start to finish
  • Excellent Spanish, verbal and written, is strongly preferred
