We are a growing company in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving global industry seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of financial principles, and advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help drive operational efficiencies, support various key growth initiatives, and contribute to strategic decision-making across the organization.

Objectives and Key Responsibilities

•Drive data-driven decision-making utilizing SQL and Power BI expertise to streamline data extraction, analysis, and visualization processes, empowering stakeholders with actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

•Develop and maintain complex financial models, including rolling forecast and cash flow models, to support timely and efficient forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.

•Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

•Extract and manipulate data from various sources using SQL queries to generate custom reports and dashboards using Power BI.

•Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to gather requirements, identify key performance drivers and indicators, and help implement data-driven solutions.

•Conduct variance analysis and performance evaluations to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.

•Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and reports for executive stakeholders, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.

•Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to inform financial analysis and decision-making processes.

Education and Experience Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field

•Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

•Expertise in Power BI for developing interactive dashboards and visualizations.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) for financial modeling and analysis.
