Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Manager with experience in manufacturing and heavy equipment, capable of hands-on troubleshooting, equipment learning, and overseeing production. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, supervise warehouse staff, optimize workflows, and maintain a safe, organized workspace. This role demands strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.


Essentials Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting and shipping of products.
  • Inventory Control: Implement inventory management process to maintain accurate stock level and minimize discrepancies, demonstrate strong organizational and storage skills.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel, including hiring, training and performance management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency initiatives to enhance productivity.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Familiar with Bron Industrial QMS as well as all process documents, work instructions and forms related to position.

Requirements:

Qualifications, Knowledge, & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or similar role, with a track record of leadership and operational success.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and machine management
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Ability to provide effective feedback both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and optimize workflows.
  • Proficiency in Netsuite ERP (preferred)
  • Experience with 3rd party logistics (Preferred)
  • Forklift experience- Sit down and stand up
  • Bilingual (preferred)


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Ability to be on your feet 6+ hours a day
  • Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse
