What would you do as a Concierge

As a Concierge at Parkside Assisted Living and Memory Care, your day will be filled with thrilling challenges and opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service with a smile. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you assist residents with inquiries, coordinate services, and address any issues that may arise.

Your empathetic nature will shine through as you interact with residents and their families, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. This role is perfect for someone new to the job who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric setting. Are you the Concierge we're looking for?

To thrive as a Concierge at Parkside Assisted Living and Memory Care, you will need a variety of skills to excel in this dynamic role.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is essential, as you will be utilizing these tools daily.
  • Effective verbal communication skills, coupled with a courteous and professional demeanor, will set you up for success in assisting residents and visitors.
  • Being a good listener and having previous experience supporting a busy office will be advantageous in this role.
  • Availability to work weekends.
