Cascade Community Healthcare (CCH) has been providing treatment services to Lewis County and surrounding areas for more than 50 years. Our mission is to provide our clients with compassionate and encouraging counseling leading to a renewed sense of hope and the ability to make positive changes and live more satisfying lives. Cascade currently has six treatment locations in Lewis County.

 

We are looking for an Administrative Support Manager for our Primary Care and Outpatient Psychiatric Medical Programs. 

 

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

Day Shift: Monday - Friday


PAY SCALE:

$26.25 - $32.00. DOE. 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE:

  • Supervisory and administrative experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in electronic health record(s) EPIC and/or Credible strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to pass WA State Patrol background check. National background check may be required if have not live in WA state the last three consecutive years.
  • Must pass the LEIE screening, excluded individuals and entities (LEIE) checks are processed at time of hire, monthly, and annually.
  • Must be able to represent the agency in a positive and professional manner.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must comply with agency policies and procedures.
  • Must have the technical capacity to use work processing programs and electronic health records.
  • Must keep updated demographic and contact information with the Human Resources Department.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • In collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer, provides planning, coordination, and direction for assigned programs.
  • Provides coordination between assigned programs and other agency programs and staff.
  • Alleviates client/customer concerns for assigned programs.
  • Follows established personnel, department, agency policies and contract guidelines.
  • Order medical supplies for assigned programs.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings for assigned programs.
  • Monitoring staff in supporting their caseloads and direct service hours.
  • Collaborate with billing and MIS teams to ensure billing related items and service encounters follow agency policies and procedures.
  • Ensure medical peer reviews are being completed.
  • Assist in selecting, training, and evaluating assigned personnel.
  • Review assigned employees timesheets and manage leave requests – ensuring programs are adequately staffed for planned leave.
  • Provides reports in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Ensures that ethical and professional standards of practice are maintained.
  • Other duties as assigned.
