Job Position Description:
With a One Team mentality, promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow-up with customers. Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why PuroClean is the best cleaning and restoration company. Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met. Established sales goals are met or exceeded. Customer base is diverse and new customers are routinely added. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. Customer jobs are completed, either meeting or exceeding customer expectations. A PuroClean Marketing Representative takes pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- 1. Executive: Customer Satisfaction
Communicate with centers of influence (COIs) to resolve concerns promptly, aiming for a response within 24-48 hours, through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or emails.
Upon the completion of jobs make sure the client is fully satisfied with the work completed and get the certificate of completion signed and ask for a 5 star google review.
2. Marketing: Generate Revenue
Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by employing a strategic approach tailored to client needs and market trends.
3. Marketing: Sales and Marketing Activity
Systematically set up closing appointments by utilizing established methodologies or tools for consistency.
Maintain and update assigned contact lists with necessary additions or deletions in PuroLogic.
Conduct daily objective-to-objective marketing contacts, compile and update center of influence (COI) information regularly, identify "Target 25" (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients), and document progress accordingly.
Actively participate in professional associations, host Lunch-and-Learns, and promote continuing education courses.
Visit clients at a minimum of once every 3 weeks to maintain top of mind relationship.
Visit 50 new potential clients weekly and document in PuroLogic Luxor CRM.
Document client visits in real time in PuroLogic Luxor CRM upon completion of visit.
Conduct 4 Lunch-and-Learns a month.
4. Marketing: Professional and Personal Development
Actively develop sales skills through ongoing training and practice.
Gain in-depth understanding of production and estimating processes relevant to the restoration industry.
Familiarize oneself with PuroLogic Luxor CRM resources and deepen industry knowledge continually.
5. Executive: Safety and Risk Management
Attend and complete the required safety training sessions within specified timeframes.
Demonstrate understanding and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines in both office settings and while traveling for business purposes.
6. Social Media Management
Manage all social media accounts for PuroClean of ensuring regular posting across platforms at least once a day for a minimum of 4 days per week.
Create and publish a weekly blog on our website, aligning content with company objectives and industry trends.
7. Additional: Other Duties, as Assigned
Proactively take ownership of Roles and Responsibilities, demonstrating initiative in fulfilling duties.
Approach recurring and unique tasks with problem-solving skills, ensuring efficient and effective completion.
8. Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports outlining sales activities, performance metrics, and progress towards sales quotas. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
9. Client Relationship Management:
Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Ensure regular follow- ups and provide exceptional customer service to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
10. Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach towards business goals.
11. Continuous Learning and Adaptability:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and changes in market dynamics. Adapt strategies and approaches accordingly to remain competitive and innovative.
12. Goal Setting and Performance Reviews:
Set clear, achievable goals in alignment with company objectives. Regularly review performance against these goals and seek feedback from continuous improvement.
Professional Representation:
Serve as a professional ambassador for PuroClean of at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and build a positive company image.
13. Ethical and Legal Compliance:
Adhere strictly to ethical standards, company policies, and legal requirements in all business dealings and interactions.
14. Adhere to PuroClean of Employee Handbook.
