Job Title: Screw Machinist

Job Description:

Operates screw machines, used to produce small to medium-sized parts. Involving setting up, operating, and maintaining these machines to manufacture precise components.


Responsibilities:

  • Installing cutting tools, adjusting machine settings, and loading materials.
  • Monitoring machine operations, adjusting parameters as needed, and ensuring continuous production.
  • Inspecting finished parts for accuracy and quality, making adjustments to maintain specifications. Performing routine maintenance on machines to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
  • Recording production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and any issues encountered.
