Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a human resources role.
- Proficiency with an HRIS system, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
- Solid understanding of employment law and HR regulations.
- Previous experience with processing payroll and benefits administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to gather and interpret HR data.
