  • Manage employee files within the document management system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and training programs, providing a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Process benefit invoices, maintain employee benefit information, and assist with annual open enrollment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR regulations.
  • Previous experience with processing payroll and benefits administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to gather and interpret HR data.
