Our client, a premier construction company in Wisconsin, is seeking a seasoned and motivated Foreman to join our growing team

About the Role:
In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for leading a crew of 8-10 skilled workers on various concrete construction projects across Wisconsin. As the Foreman, you'll oversee all aspects of the job site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. With 50% travel required, you'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to different locations and project demands.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a crew of 8-10 concrete construction workers
• Develop and implement daily work plans, adhering to project schedules and budgets
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols
• Conduct regular job site inspections and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Monitor material usage and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete construction, preferably in a leadership role
• Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, and curing techniques
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Compensation: Salary + Overtime + Travel Pay (hotel, food) + 401k + PTO + Medical/Dental
