Purpose:
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. We’ll provide a workspace for routine maintenance and repair at our four building and grounds facilities. This is a year-round, full-time position servicing our interior and exterior needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crane maintenance
- Welding
- Drywall repair and painting
- Electrical duties: installing or changing lights, outlets, and fixtures.
- Minor plumbing repairs, replacement, and installation
- Exterior seasonal grounds maintenance, including trimming, mowing, plowing, and sanding/salting.
- Carpentry repairs and installation
Experience & Qualifications:
- Prior maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds.
- Able to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work promptly.
- Action-oriented, self-motivated, and work well with others
- Experience with cranes
Requirements:
- Monday - Friday
