WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As our bilingual Front Desk Receptionist - Scheduler, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our dental practice You'll chat with patients on the phone, providing helpful information and scheduling appointments with a warm and inviting attitude. You'll keep things running smoothly by managing patient forms, ensuring all the details are in place, and spreading positivity throughout the office. Plus, you'll help patients with any inquiries about referrals and make sure they feel welcome and cared for every step of the way

We are open Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM with morning team huddles at 7:45 AM

READY TO BECOME OUR FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST - SCHEDULER?

Our ideal bilingual Front Desk Receptionist - Scheduler has 2 years of dentistry experience, pharmacy tech experience, and experience in a customer service position requiring exceptional communication skills. Formal phone training and proficiency in collecting payments are also desirable However, we are willing to train the perfect candidate for this role. Check out our requirements below:

  • Dental office scheduling experience required
  • Bilingual in both Spanish and English, verbal and written fluency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A friendly, upbeat personality
  • Experience with dental scheduling is preferred
  • Experience with Open Dental is preferred
