  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with homeowners
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Professional demeanor with a warm, approachable attitude

  • Base pay starting at $20 per hour, plus incentives that can boost your monthly earnings by $1,000 or more
