Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Educate potential clients about our insurance products and services, answering any questions and addressing concerns.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis for clients to determine their insurance requirements and provide comprehensive solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies to provide accurate and knowledgeable advice.
Requirements
Prior experience in sales in the insurance industry.
Licensed or able to renew state insurance license.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
