OnePlus is seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist with expertise in HubSpot, along with a strong command of Marketing Cloud tools, API integration, and analytical prowess. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer relationship management strategies, ensuring seamless integration across various platforms, including Google, Meta (Facebook), Twitter, TikTok, and email marketing databases. This role requires not only a deep understanding of CRM best practices and data management but also the ability to utilize analytical insights to optimize the CRM tool and database for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  1. HubSpot Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HubSpot-related activities, including configuration, customization, and optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute CRM strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Create and manage segmented lists, workflows, and automation processes within HubSpot.
  2. Marketing Cloud Expertise:
    • Demonstrate proficiency in various Marketing Cloud tools, using them to enhance customer engagement, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, Twitter, TikTok, and email marketing databases.
    • Utilize Marketing Cloud analytics to measure the performance of campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  3. API Integration:
    • Design, develop, and implement API integrations between HubSpot and external platforms, such as Google, Meta, Twitter, TikTok, and email marketing databases.
    • Ensure data accuracy and synchronization between systems, enabling seamless data flow for targeted marketing efforts.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any API integration related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  4. Data Management:
    • Maintain and enhance the quality of customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
    • Implement data segmentation strategies to deliver tailored content and experiences to different customer segments.
    • Regularly clean and update the CRM database to optimize campaign targeting and reporting accuracy.
  5. Analytical Expertise:
    • Generate comprehensive reports on CRM performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement using data-driven insights.
    • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytical findings into strategies for optimizing the CRM tool and database.
  6. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and IT teams to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Communicate effectively to gather requirements, provide updates on progress, and share insights derived from data analysis.
    • Participate in cross-functional meetings to contribute CRM and analytical expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) as a CRM Specialist or similar role, with a focus on HubSpot, Marketing Cloud tools, API integration, and analytical reporting.
  • Strong understanding of API integration principles and hands-on experience in integrating with platforms such as Google, Meta, Twitter, TikTok, and email marketing databases.
  • Proficiency in data management, segmentation techniques, and generating analytical reports to optimize CRM strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • HubSpot certifications and any relevant certifications in Marketing Cloud tools are a plus.
  • Problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for detail.
