Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Business Development group, setting clear goals and providing guidance to team members.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve team and individual sales targets.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers and influencers within target enterprise organizations.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver on customer expectations and drive business growth.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and strategies.
- Participate in virtual sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.
- Mentor and develop sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the e-commerce or safety and security industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing enterprise accounts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a sales or business development team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
