JOB DESCRIPTION - Summary/Objective
The Loan Onboarding & Servicing Support Representative will be responsible for auditing and confirming certain data elements on 1st and 2nd lien loans that are ready to be purchased or have been purchased by CBCMA. They will also be responsible for reviewing and confirming information on certain loan servicing documents received from the CBCMA correspondents.


Salary/Wage: $22.00 – 25.00 DOE (depending on experience)

Location: Hybrid or Remote; hybrid for South Jordan, UT office.


Essential Functions:

  • Maintain timely review patterns of loans in the Onboarding Review queue in LMS.
  • Properly reconcile applicable data in Onboarding section in LMS.
  • Review Goodbye Letters received from the Correspondent Lender to confirm accuracy.
  • Work with Correspondent Lender to obtain missing Goodbye Letters or, as needed, revised Letters in a situation where the original Letter provided is materially incorrect.
  • Effectively communicate with peers, management and Correspondent Lenders, as needed, so that those issues are resolved timely.
  • Document actions and resolutions in a Servicing System of record as required by policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all company policies and compliance guidelines.
  • Offer suggestions to management to improve and streamline processes.
  • Meet applicable production goals and reporting as assigned by management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrated skills in effective listening, problem solving, and negotiating.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing data with related analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • The ability to thoroughly and efficiently document customer contact notes.
