Responsibilities
  • Learning and Development: Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the insurance business.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and generate sales leads. Conduct client consultations to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing their questions, concerns, and claims with professionalism and empathy.
  • Mentorship: Work closely with experienced Farmers Insurance agents and District Managers to gain insights into running a successful agency.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and community partners to grow your insurance portfolio.
  • Licensing: Obtain necessary state insurance licenses and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A strong desire to own and operate your own insurance agency in the future.
  • Sales Ability: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of initiative and drive.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new concepts and strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Licensing: Obtain necessary state insurance licenses and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
