Your Role: In the role of Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of service. Key Responsibilities:

· Provide comprehensive IT support to our internal employees and contractors, fostering responsive and solution-oriented communications.

· Oversee the provisioning and maintenance of company laptops, utilizing automation tools to streamline builds and configurations.

· Handle break-fix scenarios, ensuring timely and effective resolution of hardware and software issues.

· Maintain our internal tools. This includes our monitoring systems, ticketing systems, and patching systems.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain IT infrastructure and support systems, ensuring seamless daily operations.

· Ensure the reliability of our Active Directory infrastructure.

· Occasionally, it may be necessary to travel to the office in Ashburn for meeting support or to resolve a hardware problem.

· Documentation creation to empower our self-service mentality.

What You Bring to the Table:

· A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to embrace and master new technologies and processes.

· Exceptional communication skills, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

· Medium-level Active Directory administration skills, with a commitment to excellence and progress.

· Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or Python, aiming to enhance operational workflows.

· Ability to be on-call, providing timely and effective solutions to critical issues. That said, afterhours support is currently minimal.

Nice-to-Have:

· Experience in regulated environments, ensuring compliance while fostering innovation.
