We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Clerk to perform various clerical and administrative tasks to support our office operations. The Office Clerk will be responsible for maintaining files, answering phones, managing correspondence, and performing other office duties as required. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining files and documents, both physical and electronic
  • Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages when necessary
  • Greeting and assisting visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail, as well as preparing outgoing mail
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business correspondences
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and replenishing as needed
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments for team members
  • Providing general administrative support to the office staff
