About the position: This position will work as part of a robust treatment team to provide direct mental health case management services to adolescents. These services include individual/group and family therapy, counseling, case management, psychosocial evaluations, treatment planning, crisis intervention initial contacts and providing consultation/education/prevention services as needed.

Job Type/Salary:
  • Annual Salary for Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II: $45,000.00 plus benefit allowance
  • Annual Salary for Behavioral Health Case Manager II: $40,00.00 plus benefit allowance
  • Full compensation range from $50,639.00 to $68,649.00, depending on the number of covered dependents. Compensation range to include base salary, retirement, and benefits allowance to help you pay for your benefits.  
  • FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: 
  • Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health or closely related behavioral science field and two (2) years of experience in professional case management behavioral health services.  Contingent to training availability, Department sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of start date.

About the facility: Children’s Recovery Center of Oklahoma (CRC) is in Norman, Oklahoma, and serves all 77 counties in Oklahoma as the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) treatment center for young people ages 12 through 17.  CRC provides community crisis stabilization and residential treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health and trauma related conditions. 

Drug and Alcohol Pre-employment and Pre-placement Testing:  Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
