About the Position: Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center (COCMHC) is looking for a Lead Case Manager to join the Children and Families division. This position helps ensure the coordination, function, and communication of the division and provides leadership to the Case Managers and Family Support Specialists. We have integrated treatment teams, and this role will be a vital part of our leadership team.This position will serve and support case managers carrying caseloads to provide training; track outcomes; answer questions regarding processes, treatments plans, documentation, etc; and will support staff to meet their goals to help those that we serve. This position will not carry a full caseload or be subject to productivity standards, but instead will lend administrative support and fill in when needed. Job Type/Salary:

  • Full-time position 

  • Salary: $50,000.00 annually / $24.04 hourly

  • FLSA Status: Nonexempt

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field or closely related behavioral science field and three years of professional experience in direct patient care of psychiatric and/or substance abuse clients.
