This position is located at our Main Branch location, with occasional short-range travel to meet clients, for training/conferences, or to attend legal proceedings. The successful candidate should understand trust and estate regulations, financial markets, and investment strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are a must, along with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master’s degree, law degree, or a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation is beneficial. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trust, banking, or a financial field is highly desirable. Candidates with previous experience as a trust officer or in a fiduciary role will be given priority. Candidates must reside or relocate within 15 miles of Wayne, Nebraska.
