Position: Wooden Reel Production Team Lead

Your Role:
As the Wooden Reel Production Team Lead, you will play a key role in overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and leading a dedicated team. This position provides a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a well-established company, guiding production to meet high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the production team for wooden reel manufacturing.
  • Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands while maintaining quality.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Uphold safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
  • Operate a sit-down forklift for production and logistics support.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics to manage inventory.
  • Cross-train in various production areas.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in manufacturing or production.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of effective team management.
  • Ability to operate a sit-down forklift.
  • Strong motivational skills to drive team performance and meet production goals.
  • Capability to enforce performance and policy standards.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Military background is a plus.
Work Environment:
  • Physically demanding with heavy lifting.
  • Non-climate controlled setting.
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
