Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Liaison Duties: Serve as the primary point of contact between Chinese/Mandarin-speaking clients and the English-speaking receiving team, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Data Analytics and Tracking: Perform detailed data analytics to track shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the shipping process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment, particularly in the prefabrication area, to coordinate and streamline shipping operations.
  • Precision and Accuracy: Maintain precision in tracking shipments and conducting data analytics to guarantee shipment accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Task and Personnel Management: Manage tasks and personnel effectively to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
  • Project Planning and Organization: Plan and organize multiple projects simultaneously, handle competing demands, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and concisely with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate a willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet shipment schedules and project deadlines.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese/Mandarin.
