Digital Strategy Consultant - Level 1

As a Digital Strategy Consultant, you can showcase your expertise, creativity, and client management skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your mission will be to build solid and long-lasting relationships with your assigned accounts, deliver exceptional service, and achieve outstanding results that exceed their expectations.
 

What You'll Do:

  • Be the strategic partner and trusted advisor for your clients, guiding them to digital marketing success
  • Develop and execute innovative, data-driven campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights, empowering clients to make informed decisions
  • Collaborate with our talented SEO, SEM, & CRO engineering teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions
  • Identify and seize opportunities for account growth and renewal, consistently delivering value
  • Prepare and present professional, insightful reports that showcase your clients' progress and successes
  • Stay ahead of the curve on digital marketing trends and innovations, bringing fresh ideas to the table


Required Skills

  • A proven track record of success in digital marketing account management (2+ years)
  • A strategic mindset and ability to develop and execute winning digital marketing game plans
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills that inspire trust and confidence
  • A meticulous eye for detail and strong organizational abilities to keep projects on track
  • You are graceful under pressure and have a knack for effectively addressing client concerns with poise and professionalism
  • A results-driven approach and positive, high-energy attitude that motivates and inspires
  • Familiarity with WordPress, basic HTML, and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Ads)
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus, but your account management skills and experience are what truly matters
