Compensation:$60 - $70 hourly
Responsibilities:- Monitor each patient situation on a frequent basis and offer the appropriate follow-up care
- Offer community resources or specialists to patients and family members who are experiencing difficulties
- Assess patients’ mental condition based on review of medical information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members
- Assist with intervention for patients when a crisis occurs
- Develop specific therapy plans with goals and objectives for individual patients
- Must have 1-3 years of mental health experience in a clinical setting
- Licensure in the state you reside as a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) or the equivalent is required
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills
- Masters Degree from a mental health program
At Revive Relationship Therapy, we are extremely passionate about helping clients improve their relationships and navigate all of their mental health struggles. We are warm, engaging therapists who believe that clients come to therapy to change and look to us for support and insight, but also strategies and skills to help them make real changes.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small team that all truly care about each other and join our Chicago team, seeing clients both in person and via telehealth.
We provide all administrative tasks, billing-related duties, and referrals for our therapists, so that you may focus on your clinical work. In addition to your hourly clinical rate, we provide additional benefits such as malpractice insurance, health insurance (for full-time therapists), paid time off, and group supervision/consult twice monthly.
