This position will be the point of contact for each credit union location's maintenance, safety, and security. It will be required to be physically present, travel to/from each location when needed, conduct onsite audits, and ensure economies of scale for the organization.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and upkeep of all credit union physician locations, ensuring they are clean, safe, and fully operational.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment for needed services and repairs.
  • Perform emergency and regular repairs to buildings and systems.
  • Maintain emergency protection systems and equipment, such as emergency exit lighting and smoke detectors.
  • Maintain landscaping and grounds.
  • Maintain credit union vehicles.
  • Perform regular facilities and security assessments to uphold safety and operational standards at all locations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and renovations and centrally purchase supplies and equipment for all locations.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment for efficient operations at all sites.
  • Handle courier responsibilities, including timely mail delivery, documents, and other items between locations.
  • Assist with vendor coordination for seamless operations.
  • Respond promptly to facilities-related issues or emergencies to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation about facilities, courier activities, and purchasing.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth operations across all credit union locations.
  • Available to be on call for emergency purposes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Maintain knowledge of B.S.A. Compliance training.

  • To provide outstanding service to internal and external members as defined by our service standards and promises.
  • To respond to matters with urgency and accuracy, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Proactively assess each location to ensure the utmost image, security, and safety of staff and members.

Minimum Expectations of Knowledge and Skills:

Experience: Minimum of two years of related experience

Education: Minimum of a high school education or GED.

Interpersonal Skills: Work involves contact with immediate associates and beyond, generally regarding routine matters to give or obtain information that may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in aiding and providing information.

Other Skills: The candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), display a confident, friendly voice, and have good diction. The candidate must also be able to work independently and possess excellent telephone and in-person etiquette.

Compliance:

Employees must uphold the credit union's compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering policies and procedures. Specific functions with B.S.C.U. will consider the awareness of unusual or suspicious activity relevant to the department.

  • In addition to any other assigned training courses, online B.S.A. and O.F.A.C. courses must be completed at least annually, as made available by the Training and Compliance Department.
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Identification Program,
  • U.S.A. Patriot Act, O.F.A.C., Fair Lending, and Credit Card Act.
