The Facility Solutions Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the execution of services that enhance customer satisfaction. You will manage a range of building maintenance services, help foster long-term relationships with clients, and ensure that all service-oriented activities operate smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Oversee daily operations, including quality assurance inspections and client communications.
- Implement effective strategies to retain and grow client accounts through exceptional service delivery.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence within service delivery.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of contractors and team members.
- Generate accurate reports and documentation to track service performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management, sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
