Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aerospace Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace mechanics, possess exceptional problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough inspections and routine maintenance on aircraft components and systems.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in aircraft.
  3. Perform repairs and replacements of faulty parts, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards.
  4. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop and implement maintenance procedures.
  5. Utilize precision tools and equipment to calibrate and adjust aircraft systems.
  6. Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Stay current with industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements.
  8. Participate in on-call duties and respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited aviation maintenance program preferred.
  2. FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification required.
  3. Proven experience as an Aerospace Mechanic with a focus on fixed-wing aircraft.
  4. Strong understanding of aircraft systems, structures, and avionics.
  5. Proficiency in using precision tools, diagnostic equipment, and computerized maintenance systems.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Effective communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a positive and safe working environment.
