Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our companies.

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
  • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
  • Responsible for preparing of Financial statements
  • Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
  • Maintain and record fixed assets
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist with other accounting projects
Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
  • At least 2 years experience in Quick Books
  • Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience:

  • Relevant: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location:

  • One location with occasionally traveling to multiple locations when required
