Reports To: Property Manager

Essential Duties and Qualifications:
- Perform maintenance service requests: Replacing light bulbs/light kits, unclogging toilets, garbage disposal installation/repair, basic water heater repair, basic cleaning and resident services
- Plumbing, appliances, electrical, and carpentry
- Grounds and equipment upkeep, snow removal
- Perform apartment ‘make-ready’ process: paint walls and trim, repair and clean carpets
- Maintain work order system and logs
- Report incidents that include property loss or work-related injuries
- Operate various mechanical, electrical equipment, and power/garden tools
- Comply with all local, state, federal guidelines as well as company policies & procedures
- ON CALL duty and weekend work schedules are required for emergency maintenance service
Essential Qualifications
- HVAC & EPA certifications preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and pass criminal background check
- Must be able to work with moderate to minimal direct supervision
- Able to work in fast-paced environment while remaining conscientious and adhering to policies and procedures
- Good human relation skills demonstrating the ability to deal with residents, peers and supervisors
