Electrical Experts is a locally owned operated business and looking to hire an experienced HVAC Manager/ Lead to head our new division Comfort Experts in Western, MA.

Responsibilities and Duties
 Customer service focused is #1 priority
 Manage, train and mentor a team of HVAC technicians 
 Some field work as necessary
 Evaluate customer requests
 Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options
 Provide work order descriptions and pricing quotes
 Manage inventory and ordering of equipment and supplies
 Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
 Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to improve profitability
 Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operation of the business
 Locate and diagnose maintenance problems for various air quality systems in residential homes
 Install, service, diagnose and repair systems/ equipment 
 Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
Qualifications and Skills
 Universal Refrigeration license required
 EPA Certification required 
 Journeyman or Master Gas Fitters License
 Journeyman or Master Sheet Metal License
 Knowledge of applicable venting and installation codes
 Oil burner experience/license a plus
 3+ years’ experience, managerial or lead experience is required
 High school diploma or equivalent required
 Valid Drivers license with no citations in the last 3 years is required
 Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
 Excellent verbal communication skills
 Strong leadership, management and customer service skills
