Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Picking up a customer's vehicle from their home or office for service and delivering it back once the service is completed.
- Offering a more tailored and personal experience, such as scheduling service appointments, providing a loaner vehicle, or addressing specific customer preferences.
- Keeping the customer informed about the status of their vehicle, ensuring that all their needs are met, and sometimes even assisting with additional services like arranging transportation or making recommendations.
- Moving customers' vehicles to and from the service area, often from the service drive or customer drop-off location.
- Sometimes washing or vacuuming vehicles after service or performing minor tasks like checking tire pressure or fluid levels.
