Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Greet clients, answer inquiries, take payments, and claims support. Call Handling: Manage incoming calls, take quote information, and assist with scheduling appointments. Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks such as handling incoming and outgoing mail (including going to the Post Office daily), data entry, light cleaning, and maintaining office supplies. Issue Resolution: Address client concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
