AA Surface Pro is a family-owned, fast-growing survey company with our main headquarters located in Cape Coral, FL, and a new division in Orlando, FL. We collaborate with some of the largest construction companies in SWFL and are dedicated to providing exceptional surveying services.

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Survey Crew Chief to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of Land Surveying experience in road and civil construction. As a Survey Crew Chief, you will play a crucial role in leading survey crews, ensuring accurate data collection, and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead survey crews in various field operations related to road and civil construction projects.
- Utilize knowledge of surveying procedures and road construction layout to ensure precise measurements and markings.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory abilities to guide and mentor crew members.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with team members, project managers, and clients.
- Implement land surveying procedures and data collection best practices to achieve project objectives.
- Drive self-development and support the development of crew members under direct supervision.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and ensure eligibility for insurance coverage to operate company vehicles.
- Maintain open availability to meet the fluctuating needs of the business.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years of Land Surveying experience in road and civil construction industry.
- Proficiency in surveying procedures and road construction layout.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Deep understanding of land surveying procedures and data collection best practices.
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate project requirements.
